The way habits form is you've got this stimulus, then there's the sort of primes you to act. Once you've done it so many times, you get this dopamine effect before you've even looked at it. So just think of Facebook or you see the app and then you get the reward before you even have pressed the button. But the beautiful thing about this whole process is you can do it for the good stuff as well.
