How to Run a Company Yourself

In 2010, Avi decided to try and run his own company. He was inspired by Brian Robertson's concept of holocracy - self-organizing organizations. In order for GTD to work, you have to trust the people who are in power enough to give up that power. It takes a certain psychology or honesty with yourself before it can be implemented.
