Russia Controlled Authorities Ordering an Evacuation
Ukraine is bracing itself for a blackout that would disable parts of the power grid or all of it. The mayor of Harka was touring local schools, where he was showing power generators and wood stoves in one school. In terms of looking ahead, I would definitely keep an eye on Héreson with the local authorities ordering an evacuation. It's quite a symbolic thing because HéresOn is the only regional capital of Ukraine that has been firmly under Russian control pretty much since the invasion.
