How to Request a Permission to Connect a Wif

In andred 13, we've now created a new permission. You can declare that, hay, you know, i'm just trying to get this one thing done with wif i'm not actually needing a real location. And so you can request this thing ins instead. Then you won't get the same location information, but you will get your job done. The other interesting permission thing is photo picker. One of the things that that aps run into is when you need users to provide access to no ther gallery of images or vidios. Well then you need permission to get those things.
