Igh clark: We bought a house in mid july and still aren't moved in due to major undisclosed water issues. Iad four separate neighbors mentioned they knew about the seller's water issues because he used to bring out furniture or they'd see water pouring out of the garage. You're going to need to have proof, not your word alone, that the water issues were known and clear and documented. And og need to find a, go talk to a real estate attorney and ask him or her for referl to a litigator whom they would recommend it.
