The value guys hate this so much when investing becomes this intuitive, where it's like, what are the best performing stocks of 2023? Buy them. They hate that intuitiveness so much because it's not clever and an idiot or a child or a growth investor, which I think they look at all as the same, could just outperform. But valuations might tell you if something is expensive or cheap relative to historical PE ratios or whatever, but the historical data tells you that a high valuation or a low valuation doesn't tell you anything about where the stock is going in the next year. And even the market.
