The Importance of the Japanese Culture in Building a Business
The Japanese culture is a proxy for us because it provides this K-Sigen-Butsu, that you should see, observe how things are handled and then you tackle one separate time. We call ourselves B-Samurais because the Samurais word in Japanese is the one who serves and that serves with accidents. This is also part of the mindset. Similar things, there's something called Motonai - do not spare. So they have tried to build everything just in time which is another concept of Toyota. It's because of this culture of not to spare, not to do things in excess. All of that were elements for us to actually build our culture.
