What's the Difference Between Deacon and Epipheress?

Some translations go with deaconess to try to get that it's this extra title, right? Deacon comes from deacon. So fair shot, except for I would argue that that's a little bit inachronistic, a little bit of an interpolation. Romans is one of our earliest scrolls from 55 or 57, depending on who you listen to. And we know that our hierarchy of church leadership comes from a leader in the story.
