Intermittent Fasting

I got really interested in intermittent fasting when it first was kind of becoming a thing maybe five years ago or six or seven years ago. I did a couple of these long fasts, like 24 or 48 hour fasts. Most of the time when I feel hungry or want food, it's not actually a physiological hunger response. It takes a while for your body to literally tell you we need more fuel and it's a similar but actually distinct feeling from the sort of Homer Simpson donuts kind of thing.
