The Importance of Shorts on YouTube

Wall shorts are being prioritized and while this is even possible, it became less fun. The outcome was just like so performance based that it wasn't liberating anymore. I think if long form creators and all throw ourselves into this grouping, truly believed that the subscribers that were added via shorts would significantly affect the performance of our long form videos. Then we would be posting more shorts. It may be the case like adding subscribers from shorts may affect long form videos positively. From our understanding, they're like a beacon of light. They're more data points for people for YouTube to understand who might be interested in your content.
