How to Get Your Online Stores to Follow the New E-Commerce Trading Law

I've been kind of amused to see representatives of major companies buying copies of my book. I would never encourage people to be passive aggressive and just file a claim against them through trading standards. Communicate with the company. Get in touch with them and say, are you aware that under the new e-commerce trading law, you're doing something wrong on your site? If they're a legitimate retailer, they're going to want to hear what you have to say.
