You Can't Get a Write-Off on a 401K Unless You're Doing Traditional
The IRS says you can put up to 61,000 in a 401k but they didn't tell you how. It's because you're converting into Roth the IRS lets you and under the tax code You can convert after tax employee contributions right over Roth. So it is if some of your thinking man, this is weird. And so this is so you would never really go to 61 unless you were doing all Roth That's the misnomer. We have imposed an internal deadline of December 1st to do a self-directed solo 401k.
