I think it's really important to start with naming stereotypes and using the word stereotype. It doesn't come naturally, you know, to have conversations with my kids about race and racism. And so I think actually having those talks in a supportive way is really important. So when you're talking about standing up and supporting kids that feel left out or having difficulty on the playground. Another thing is to help them find counter examples.
