The Taoist Tradition of Ejaculating

Within the Taoist tradition, there's like a map of like when you're this old, you want to wait this many days. So I think it's like when you are 35, they say like every 10 days. And then if you're younger, you can, you can ejaculate more frequently if you're older than less frequently. The Taoist practices are based in thousands of years of wisdom and knowledge. They probably know what they're talking about. It's really your choice. But knowing that you can hold that and knowing that, okay, I have a big work meeting or I have something that I want to build my energy for is key.
