Thesis Antithesis, Synthesis?

I think just going through the experience is enough, I think it is kind of net zero, you know, this is what we do. And whenever I do try and extract some kind of message or lesson from the bad experience so that it's more in the net positive range, it's always kafone somehow never works. It's like they say, Zazen is enlightened and you don't practice to get enlightened, you know. So there's an element of that in my writing that I'm not conscious of ever, you know,. when I'm writing it.
