The Importance of Extracts in Craft Beer

Jeff: I would probably like absolutely on the bitterness, but also some late kettle flavor is a big one as well. People are like, oh, it's cheating. It's not craft if you're using an extract. But no, that's ingredients, right? Jeff: That's definitely where it originated. There is still a lot to be worked on. And so I think this will help people understand a little bit more.
