Is It Important to Bring in a Consultant?

i am pretty big on bringing in a consultant. The family is so key, because they know the operation. And then you bring in an expert that can pull these things together and show them how to move through that process. I don't think it has that the consultmant has to be there for three years or five years, whatever the plan looks like. But maybe it's three to four meetings nd, on the front side to help get it established,. Get the gulls established, who the responsible persons are, and then let them go from there.
