The fundamental metric for the whole company's money, ovr time. The resource efficiency mine set or model or framing works but it maybe not the one that givest the best effect. Even if you focus on flow efficiency and you want to reduce cycle time, i can show you that in some instances, actually most instances, of the company's not improving at all. That seems like a paradox, but it's made possible if you know where the constraint is.
