Culture - The Symbol of Human Perfection

Culture is that which climbs high on the scale of human achievement, and requires patient thought and sympathy. A classical training still provides the surest footing for the educated mind to view other priods and nations. The foundations of the modern world are viewed more competently from this height. Poetry, drama, democracy, idealism, scientific curiosity and so much else furnishing our minds are better grasped and judged. We need not a revolution, but a restoration.
