I love optimism also comes in the form of hiring. We have this really big hairy kind of awkward problem. But if we just hire a marketing person, a sales person, a this person, they will come in and solve the biggest problem inside of the company. And what's weird is that like, it's not like, Oh, they'll help you or together you'll figure it out even. It's that no, they'll do it. That's why you hire people. You're optimizing for something that probably happens post COVID. Not something that's going to happen in the next three to six months.
