The Importance of First Amendment Rights for Russian Propaganda

TikTok has been caught red-handed, putting a thumb on the scale in favor of communist propaganda. John Adams would have loved this law, but everyone after him, probably not so much. The same people that are basically say the complete opposite when it comes to TikTok. If Americans have an unfettered right to read the pecking review, which I have a feeling was just straight up hardcore communist propaganda, they have a right to be on TikTok and watch frivolous dance videos.
