SIADH and Hyponatremia

I personally think that the concern about cirrhosis and liver failure in hyponatremia is pretty overblown. Do you consider SIADH before you arrive at that diagnosis? And what are some, there's probably some tests we hadn't talked about. Some of those would be potentially imaging studies to kind of once you're settled on SIADH to look for the cause. Those patients can also present with either hypovolemic if it's primary adrenal insufficiency. They truly have no cortisol being released because their adrenal gland has died.
