Is There Any Prospect of Taking the Homes Estate Back From the Mod or the Mod?

Several high-rise buildings of forces accommodation up in Scotland have been clad with the dangerous materials that are now causing problems for people living there. Have those buildings had to be cleared out are they just still inhabited but unsafe? There is a legal row rumbling on between the mod and dannington regarding whether it's possible to take the entire homes estate back from them or the mod arguing that they would like to.
