A River Crossing Is a Very, Very Tough Manoeuvre

There's been hugeh russias, very slowly taking ground in the dombas. But that huge cost and this relatively small tactical action has led to disaster. A decent ground wrecke from ukrane would have identified a number of potential spots where this could take place. So it does look like that they were two bunched together. Whatever happened with the pontoon bridge that didn't work' hasn't worked - even though some russian forces did manage to make it across. The whole thing was just a bit of a, well, a complete disaster for russia.
