Catherine was inspired by the social media world to create her own self-healing community. She says she wanted a little nook to begin to speak this truth to others. A second really big motivator was i was at the stage of healing, which i think a lot of us go through when we're in our dark night. Catherine: "There is no question why you grew so fast"

I have a very special guest, Dr. Nicole LePera, also known as The Holistic Psychologist, and I am SO excited to share our conversation with you! I found Dr. Nicole on Instagram in 2018 when she only had about a 1000 followers. Today, Dr. Nicole has over 2 million followers! She creates INCREDIBLE content that goes beyond the traditional scope of a psychologist. Everything she posts resonates with my SOUL. I am so honored, blessed, and privileged to have her on my podcast today! Dr. Nicole is the most humble, generous, and authentic person I know. Today, we are going to deep dive into healing! Dr. Nicole LePera was trained in clinical psychology at Cornell University and the New School. She's also studied at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. She is a holistic psychologist who founded the Mindful Healing Center in Philadelphia. Her work addresses the connection between the mind and body and incorporates nutrition, lifestyle, and psychological wellness practices. She is the creator of the movement #selfhealers, where people from around the world are joining together in community to take healing into their own hands.
