How to Be a Better Listener
When you're looking for someone's emotional state, you're going to be a better listener. Voice tone is another big one. Instead of asking how was your day, don't ever ask that question. Ask something like, what was something that brought you joy today? If we were to fast forward to tomorrow and you had a fantastic day, what would be one, two or three things that would have to happen for you to say "Tomorrow would be awesome?"
