It's really hard to get people to feel like it's a safe space to say what they think and without worried about repercussions. And I also personally have to be aware of power dynamics. Or the hard thing is, I feel like most of the world is conditioned to like, you know, gut reactions and power dynamics or all these other things. So try and make sure that you're reconditioning people to have that safe space,.
