In many cases we've forgotten how to be bored and it's important that we find ways to almost reboot our minds. I took a 15 minute nap the other day. I haven't done that in a long time during the day and I just got up refreshed. And lastly you know it's important to find time for our own hearts. We do a lot of stuff for our minds but our hearts are around things that truly make us feel happy right now. Till then we're all feeling overwhelmed, we're all in the same space but there is a way for you to make yourself feel better"
