Delegated Proof of Stake

The P.S. system allows people that are not running their own machines to essentially allow machines to work with their tokens. The idea is that you would get a share of the earnings of that machine. It's arguably riskier for a person to delegate to a machine that has one ether stake or whatever the minimum is than delegating to a machine That has like a million ether stake.
