Rep. Adam Schiff: "We had a bipartisan commitment to get to the bottom of this, and we needed the upguys co operation" He says there will be a continuing challenge about how much the bureau is willing to inform congress about its investigation. Congress may have to compel people to come before the committee if they are unwilling to do so as volunteers or it's necessary to sapina documents.
