I think we have to recognize that people process this differently and they're going to need the chance to tell their story. EAP program is going to provide managers some tools on how to turn and pivot people back to work. You know, I mean, there are great resources on when there's a tragedy or a trauma, but everybody went through this thing together, albeit reacting to it differently.
