What Is the Perfect Week of Training?
If I'm like six weeks before comp, I really start amping up the intensity that I bring into the mats against bringing some of that visualization towards practice. And maybe I train less volume pre competition, but higher output per session. What is the perfect week in training look like? Like in your back home training? I try to be the gym twice a day every day when I'm back just because I travel a bit more than these guys.
