It all started when corporate social responsibility started becoming part of the business agenda. In Europe, this became important a lot sooner than it did in North America. We have surpassed 100,000 rated companies as of a few weeks ago. And that's over 15 years and it's growing rapidly every single week and month. So I think that right now, it's no longer a nice to have or a good way of doing business but a business imperative.
