i was pretty scared about publishing it because i knew that it would basely just make everyone angry, regardless of your opinions. But this is my overall point a, that the alido draft wasn't persuasive. And when you have six appointees from one appointed by presidents from one political party, you are leaving open the charge that there's going to be permanent winners and losers at the court. The supreme court has plenty of stuff to be humble about in its history. So it's not like this institution has ever been infallible.
