How to Build a Convincing Business Case

In order for a business case to be compelling, it has to be realistic. Research shows that when brands admit to some of their weaknesses in the course of persuasion, it makes very much more persuasive rather than just telling you about the positives alone. So as you're building a business case, make sure to include risk assessments. Tell us what could go wrong. Tell uswhat you're going to do about it. Let's know that's a good one and he's often missed. I think I'm going to build on top of that as well with my next one, which is it's got to be credible.
