I was sitting broadcast journalism at the time and like the typical kind of shiny thing to do is be a newscaster on camera. And I quickly learned like I didn't really want to just like tell the news. A lot of times telling news makes people feel bad or whatever. So I wanted to be more involved in storytelling in people's lives, so I thought, you know, like doing big talk videos, it's still kind of like being an anchor woman or journalist. But that was scary because I was like, oh, shoot, I'm really on my own path here. And I have to figure it out all by myself.
