Buying the Wrong Asset, Procrastinating, Paying Too Much for the Real Estate
If you're paying for professional advice, chances are you're not going to fall victim to the first three. A buyer's agent or a property investment advisor will help you make sure you don't buy the wrong asset. And then of course, if they've got access to resources of knowing what's previously sold rather than getting seduced by what the listing prices are. So number one, I won't be buying the wrong asset is well worth the professional advice but helping with the other two is enormous.
