The I Am Is a Content of Experience
When awareness is detached from immersion in the mind, there's an I am sense and a mystery that's prior to that. One facet of this approach is netty netty, so like not this, not that. The recognition of I am also appears to be a content of consciousness rather than go ahead. We first have to discard everything that is not essential to us. That's our true nature.
