This week we talk with Brad Johnson. A consulting coach and a team member for the 5 Facet's of Business. In this episode he gives insight on finding the right coach, leaning into the hard stuff and allowing flexibility in your road map to success!
Brad spent eight years in the Biotech space starting in labs before transitioning to domestic and international work in technical support, distributor management and market development. He has coached various businesses throughout his career from start-ups to high performance athletes.
The latter was inspired by having been diagnosed with stage 4 head and neck cancer at the age of 27. He achieved remission in 2004. Since then his mission has been to help support cancer survivors and fundraising for cancer research.
