The IWM Isn't Trading Particularly Well, but It's Still Under the Radar
As measured by the IWM, which is the Russell 2000 ETF, if you look at the level we're trading on, I think it's around 174 or so. So I still cannot get to the point where I feel like, you know what, we've solved the problem and we're starting to head in another direction. If you go back and look, the IWM went from about 168 down to about 101 in a straight line. Now people will say that's predominantly banks. But there are other things going on as well.
