OCaml and Notebooks - What's the Difference?

In the OCaml world you tend to do the same thing about fast iteration, but it needs about type safety. In the end you would expect your OCaml code to pretty much work once you've managed to get things to compile. Whereas on the Python side you don't have this type aspect and so you're kind of relying more on experiments to tell you if things are working properly. So I would say that these two modes are a bit similar in a way that on both sides you want to do fast iteration.
