How to Reconcile the Christian Faith and the Early Majority

I think the reality is that we tend to look at people as segmented expressions, but there's something more integrated. There's a huge number of people who are what would be called early majority, late majority people. They really are prone toward leaning towards safety and security and comfort. So when you look at the church across the board, it looks like a very safe culture. Another reason is because people who are really driven, passionate, intense, ambitious, they're almost pushed out of the center of the church.
