Painless by Hannah Studley
i was in incredible pain all the time. i tried all the standard treatments of the non traditional treatment. And then a year or two after my surgery, i was still in terrible pain all thetime. I realized that i'd been in that mind set years beforewith my disk problem. 80 % of my pain disappeared like overnight. So i still have pain if i behave badly,. cause i am disabled a. I absolutely have physical disabilities. But if i behave myself, then then then my pain, isn't, no, debilitating. Sometimes it even goes away. The more we're involved with our bodies and our minds, the worse the pain is.
