Joe Davidson publicly had lofty goals for the Elan school. He could be, it could be very quickly that he sat back and just got reports. After its grand opening in 1971, Davidson said that therapeutic communities largely run by ex addicts, they had become extremely sanctimonious like all converted heathens become.
