Are Board Directors Getting the Message From the S C?

The s c is adopting what some might say is close to a perse standard for violations. This recent more aggressive enforcement posture is, i think, intended to send a message to corporate boards regarding the need to up their game in the area of privacy risk. Are board directors getting the message from the s c and how are they reacting? Well, that's a very good question, and one probably with no simple answer either. But even in my opinion, those actionsae or attention getters, but i actually don't think necessarily accelerate solutions.
