Obsidian - How to Use Tags and Folders to Group Things Together

I personally see folders and tags as very structural they're less dynamic in the way that you can use them because when you tag something you don't know exactly why so if for example I click on a tag and I get 10 notes I don't know Exactly why note one is related to note three. But inside of an application like Obsidian it takes you to another file inside of the app that is explicit I know exactly why ecological dynamics and information processing are linked. You can do the same with a shopping list why is an Apple on the shopping list  and you can link it to the day so I didn't have apples in the house at that point in time. It can be expanded
