Mormonism and Near Death Experiences

There are many instances of people recognizing, supposedly, that they are eternal beings. This is connected to the notion of the pre existence in mormonism. And so this idea that our souls pre existed with god, and we are incarnate in a body in time. So therer people that have had this idea, but i think the idea of pre existence scripturally is just, it doesn't hold water. It has been rejected by the majority of christians throughout history.
