How to Increase Your Frustration Tolerance
So if you are someone who gets dysregulated or has a little frustration tolerance when you find yourself hyper focusing on your details, remember, change your physical state and re regulate yourself. So for me, when I'm doing this work, I always say, you know, normal people value connection. That's something that's very important to me because I know that my brain can easily go into a space of being without people, but that is not the life I want. And so hopefully you're be willing to create some blueprints to think of the thoughts, words and actions that you can pre program into your day to day routine or into your mind when these incidents occur.
