Black water goes through a sophisticated water treatment process that at the end of it is near tap water quality, not that I would ever drink it. So gray water gets minimal treatment. There are over 20 walk in refrigerators and freezers,. Not including dry storage, 15,000 pounds of beef. It takes 1200 people to pull all this together and serve it. Over 600,000 pounds per trip per one week cruise of food and drinks.
