The Importance of a Robust Exposure Profile
Vincent: Once you reach fourfold above the MIC, beta lactams stop becoming concentration dependant killers. And that's when they become time dependent. The balance of patients having low exposures and high exposures is perhaps more important to the outcome of the study than the actual techniques used to derive it.
